San Francisco Symphony debut

Cédric makes his debut with the San Francisco Symphony playing Liszt’s Piano Concerto No. 1 this evening (7 March), with further concerts on 8 and 9 March. He will be conducted by François-Xavier Roth, who he has previously worked with at the London Symphony Orchestra, as well as with François-Xavier’s own ensemble, Les Siècles, most recently at the 2017 BBC Proms.

Later this month, Cédric plays the same concerto with the Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Kazuhiro Koizumi, and again with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and Kazuki Yamada in June. Following his trip to Japan, Cédric begins work on a new music theatre project on Schumann’s Dichterliebe called Zauberland with soprano Julia Bullock that will be premiered at Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord, Paris in April.
