Live Stream from the Wigmore Hall!

This Sunday 23rd February, Cédric Tiberghien returns to the Wigmore Hall continuing his Beethoven Variations series featuring the works of Ludwig van Beethoven interspersed with works by 20th century American experimentalists Morton Feldman, John Cage and George Crumb.

Over the next two seasons the versatile French pianist creates a focus on Beethoven’s extensive contributions to the variation form – something that occupied him intermittently from an early set varying a march by Dressler dating from his 13th year to the significant achievements of his maturity – which include one of the greatest sets of variations ever composed.
